DoAroma Reiki…….what is that?
If you are someone who has a busy mind, and struggles to switch off and relax, then DoAroma Reiki is for you.
It is a treatment which uses four specific therapeutic grade essential oils topically on the feet, shoulders, back and head to relax and re-balance, as we know that the aroma of these oils can be immensely powerful, and the power of touch more amazing still.
Then, after 30 minutes of these oils being applied, including to the feet, which means I can use the healing and balancing properties of reflexology along with the benefits of gentle, aromatic massage, we move into a gorgeous 30 minutes of Reiki healing. The oils have done their work and then the Reiki continues to relax and re-energise, leaving you with a blissful sense of peace, and calm.
But don’t just take my word for it, see below for others experiences of the treatment;
Clare gave me an amazing DoArama treatment yesterday which combined an essential oil massage with reiki. Honestly it was the most relaxing, deeply relaxing experience ever. I am still feeling supper chilled today. I highly recommend.
I had the most lovely treatment with Clare last week. She explained that whilst the treatment was not reflexology, not a massage and not quite Reiki, it would combine elements of all three along with her essential oils. Well wow! Clare uses her many therapy skills to deliver this bespoke treatment which is extremely relaxing and a total treat for the body and mind. I left feeling calmer yet more invigorated. Thank you so much Clare.
The relaxation starts from the moment you enter Clare’s log cabin. An oasis of calm, with the most grounding aromas of essential oils. Filling the air and awakening your senses.
After a short chat, the treatment starts under the cosyness of the softest enveloping blanket.
A fabulous, uninterrupted hour. Blending massage, reflexology, aromatherapy and reiki, totally bespoke, just for you.
Leaving with a miniature bottle of oil, specifically blended for you, this is where your Creating Calm journey really does begin
